MISSING / LOST/STOLEN PACKAGE

If you suspect your package has been lost/ stolen after it was delivered , please contact your LOCAL USPS offices asap. We are not liable and can not provide any compensation for packages that are declared delivered 

DAMAGE PACKAGE

Prior to sending out each item (included all  lightsticks ) , we always ensure that an item is  safely wrapped and  there is no external damages. Also all lightsticks are inspected there are in good working condition and no damages. Unfortunately,  We are not liable for any item and package damages caused by delivery service while In transit to you or internal defects by manufacturer. 

VERY IMPORTANT ! -- > Please, film unboxing videos for your items from opening to finishing as your own proof in case of that you did not receive any photo cards or any other inclusions.

Please contact us within the day you get a package and send video to prove some damages through e-mail.

Your pre-ordered item(s) to ship

 When you purchase the reservation product with other items, shipping starts on the release date of the reservation product. For new pre-order items, it depends on the date that we receive our shipment from Korea. Once the shipment arrives, we process and deliver your pre-order item(s).

About your poster order

All posters are UNFOLDED and SHIPPED SEPARATELY !

Unfolded posters are shipped separately in hard carrier tubes via USPS or UPS. If you ordered an album with an unfolded poster and only received one of the items, please wait 5-7 business days for the rest of your order to be delivered. If it still does not arrive, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to assist you !

Cancellation

As long as an order has not been fulfilled/shipped, all customers have the option to cancel their order. Once you decide to cancel your order, please, EMAIL us ( CONTAT US ) your order number and the notice for cancellation IMMEDIATELY. Once it is cancelled, please allow 3-5 business days for a full refund to be issued to the account of the original payment method. 

Please note that once an order has been cancelled, this action cannot be reversed. Therefore, if you cancelled your order by mistake and you wish to receive the item(s) originally purchased, you will need to place a new order on our website.

* ALL PRE-ORDER items will NOT be cancelled after 48 hour grace period from the time of purchase. please guarantee you are sure to make a purchase for an item*

We will charge 30% of all the products’ costs for the cancellation and restocking fee when you cancel your Pre-Ordered product after 48 hours from your order date.

*Please be note all pre-order benfits(ex:poster , special photocard, etc) are included as they are offered ONLY for first press orders made ( On the released date ) so it will be included until sold out of the first press orders. After that, there will NOT be any of benefits for second, third press orders.

If you return or cancel an item, the points that you used will no longer go back to your account. So, please, decide it carefully when you use your points.
