We (WelcomeKpop) are not liable for any packages that have been delivered and scanned (accepted) as such by USPS or UPS.
If you suspect that your package has either been lost/stolen after it was delivered, please contact your local post offices or UPS customer service department and see if they have the package for pickup. It is common for them to keep packages if they do not fit in the mailbox or if there is no secure location for delivery
Prior to sending out each item, we always check each item and package to make sure there are no external damages. Furthermore, we go through several different protective measures (such as bubble wrap, cardboard box, secured taping, etc ) to ensure that orders arrive without damages. Unfortunately, damages during delivery are unforeseeable. We are not liable for any item/package damages incurred during transit, and we are not liable for order packages once they have been delivered and scanned as such. For any package with external damage that incurred during transit, all items received must remain unopened and sealed in the original packaging in order to file a claim. If the purchased item(s) have been open, we will not be able to proceed with your case.
*Please be note all pre-order benfits(ex:poster , special photocard, etc) are included as they are offered ONLY for first press orders made ( On the released date ) so it will be included until sold out of the first press orders. After that, there will NOT be any of benefits for second, third press orders.
Shipping Processing Time
We process all orders on a first order first serve basis. All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be indefinite delays with shipment. Please allow additional days for orders to be shipped in the case of delays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please rest assured that we are doing our best to have your orders shipped as soon as possible.
This processing time does NOT apply to orders that include pre-order items. All orders that include pre-order items will begin processing once the item is available 2-3 business days after the expected release date listed in the product description.
Please be advised that shipment processing times can be extended due to various factors (e.g. highly anticipated comebacks, multiple groups releasing new albums at the same time, heavy influxes of orders, shipment delays from Korea, etc.).
We currently offer shipping in the United States, Australia, United Kingdom and Canada. We are actively trying to implement international shipping to other countries as soon as possible.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country and/or selected shipping courier. Any additional charges for customs clearance is the intended customer and/or receiver's responsibility.
