How to Track Your Order
- Check your email — Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us. It contains a Track Your Order button that links directly to your real-time tracking page.
- Log in to your account — Visit your Welcome Kpop account, go to Orders, and click on your order to view its current status and tracking information.
- Use your order status link — Every order confirmation email includes an Order Status link that shows fulfillment updates in real time.
What Carriers Do We Use?
We ship via USPS and UPS depending on your location and order size. Your tracking link will take you directly to the carrier's tracking page.
When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?
Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order has been picked, packed, and handed off to the carrier — usually within 1–2 business days of placing your order.
